FIVE NIGHTS · TWELVE GUESTS · A FRESH BEGINNINGSLOW DOWN ↓

You may not need
another holiday.
You may need space.

Space from the life you have been living.

Even when the body stops working, the mind continues. Notifications. Deadlines. Decisions. Responsibilities. And somewhere beneath it all, a quieter question:

“When was the last time I actually felt deeply present?”

For people who have spent the year doing, producing, achieving, helping, managing and carrying—this is an invitation to return to yourself.

Stillness without withdrawal.

Meditation without struggle.

Movement without performance.

Tantra without sensationalism.

Community without social pressure.

You are not coming here to become someone new. You are coming to rediscover what remains when the unnecessary becomes quiet.

CONSCIOUS COMMUNITY

Come together, as you are

Five nights.
Three movements.

Explore Kundalini Tantra through guided practice, study Kashmir Shaivism through scripture reading, and make space for Shaktipat and meditation. No previous experience is needed.

THE TRIKA PERSPECTIVE

Awareness, woven into
everyday life.

Trika means “threefold”: Shiva, consciousness; Shakti, energy; and Jiva, the individual. Kashmir Shaivism invites recognition of their underlying unity within ordinary life.

We explore the teachings of Kashmir Shaivism through meditation, simple practices and shared reflection. You’ll learn to notice your thoughts, connect with your body and bring more awareness into everyday life.

KUNDALINI TANTRA & GUIDED PRACTICE

Practise with
body and breath.

Start with gentle yoga, breath awareness, mantra and guided meditation. These practical supports introduce Kundalini Tantra through your own attention and experience.

This reflects Āṇavopāya: the individual, action-based path. Learn by doing, one small practice at a time, with guidance and time to rest.

KASHMIR SHAIVISM & SCRIPTURES

Read, reflect
and understand.

Read short passages from the scriptures of Kashmir Shaivism with Amitabh Ji. Ask questions and explore what the teachings mean in your own life.

This reflects Śāktopāya: working with the mind, attention and the energy of knowledge. A simple question, such as “What is noticing this thought?”, helps turn understanding into personal experience.

READ · ASK · UNDERSTAND
III

SHAKTIPAT, MEDITATION & INTEGRATION

Meditate, rest
and integrate.

Sit in guided meditation and explore Shaktipat with Amitabh Ji—a traditional transmission from teacher to student. Allow time afterwards for rest, quiet reflection and journaling.

Choose a few simple ways to continue at home: a short meditation, mindful breaths, or reflecting on a teaching during the day. Let the practice become part of everyday life.

Amitabh Saraha

Life itself becomes
the field of recognition.

Amitabh Ji is the founder of Shiva Shakti Vigyan and a facilitator of Trika Tantra, the non-dual tradition of Kashmir Shaivism.

His official school biography describes more than 27 years of spiritual practice, over 14 years immersed in Trika Tantra, and guidance offered to more than 10,000 students. It records his Gurutva—permission to teach—within the Trika lineage and his role as a Kundalini Shaktipat Acharya.

His approach brings scripture, meditation, devotion and direct enquiry into everyday experience. During this retreat, he guides the Trika teachings, meditations, contemplations and integration sessions.

08 / BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Come with curiosity.
Leave the questions here.

A few practical details to help you arrive with ease.

Do I need previous experience with Tantra?

No. The retreat welcomes those completely new to Trika Tantra as well as experienced meditators. The emphasis is on direct experience rather than philosophical complexity.

Do I need to be good at yoga?

No. The physical practices support awareness, mobility, breath and embodiment. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome. Share any access needs or relevant practice limitations with the organisers before booking.

Is this a religious retreat?

No religious belief is required. Practices come from Indian yogic and tantric traditions, including mantra, meditation and sacred fire. Approach them through experience, enquiry and respect.

What should I pack?

Bring breathable clothing, a warm layer or light shawl, walking sandals or shoes, mosquito repellent, a water bottle, journal and pen, toiletries, regular medication and your own yoga mat. SWAN recommends personal mats for hygiene and does not loan mats; ask about purchasing one there. Pack a separate beach towel if continuing into Christmas in Goa.

What kind of food will be served?

Fresh vegetarian, Ayurveda-inspired meals, with morning fruit and herbal tea, brunch and dinner. Please share dietary requirements and intolerances in advance so the team can discuss arrangements.

Can I book Ayurveda treatments?

Yes. The optional ₹7,500 package includes an Ayurvedic consultation and three 90-minute treatments across three days. Additional consultations or treatments may be booked separately, subject to availability.

Can I come alone?

Yes. Many participants travel alone. Double-sharing prices are per person and intended for two people booking together. If you need a roommate, ask the organiser about availability before selecting a sharing rate.

How do I reserve, and are payment plans available?

Choose your cottage and occupancy, then enter your name and email. The reservation deposit is ₹21,000, credited toward the retreat total. The remaining balance depends on your cottage, occupancy and optional Ayurveda selection. Payment-plan options, balance due dates and cancellation terms will be confirmed before payment. Your room is held only after the organiser confirms receipt of the deposit. Use the deposit button to continue to Razorpay and pay ₹21,000. After payment, share your payment reference and cottage preference with the organiser for confirmation.

Can I stay in Goa after the retreat?

Yes. The retreat closes on the morning of 24 December 2026. Extend independently, explore North Goa or enjoy a few unscheduled days by the ocean. Additional nights and local transport are subject to availability and separate arrangements.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Check-in begins at 2 PM on 19 December. Check-out is by approximately 10 AM on 24 December, with an optional visit toward Chapora afterwards. Share flight details with the organiser to arrange airport pickup or a local taxi; transfer charges should be confirmed separately.
